Job Duties:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in an industry related field preferred.
- Two years of progressive experience as a supervisor with a construction and grounds maintenance background.
- Certifications in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing, preferred.
- License to handle R22, R410a and majority of all new R400 series refrigerants, preferred.
- Must have a valid Missouri Commercial Driver’s License Class B (CDL) with the appropriate endorsement(s) or obtain the same within six months.
- Must possess/maintain valid Missouri Driver's License.
- Must submit to/pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
