- Secure Financial Support: actively manage a caseload to establish, modify, and enforce child support orders, directly impacting the quality of life for Clay County children.

What You Bring
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a professional office environment (legal, social work, or administrative background is a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Intermediate to Expert proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel). You must be comfortable learning proprietary case management software quickly.
- Communication: The ability to write clear, professional reports and de-escalate tense conversations with the public.
