BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary responsibilities will include: Receptionist duties for main office, which includes answering telephones and greeting walk-in guests; Assist with administrative office duties, such as typing, filing, copying, and faxing; Reserve facility, order supplies, send notices, and keep minutes of monthly advisory meetings; Assist with data input and tracking of services; Research/survey data collection and entry; Participate in public awareness program and activities; Attend and participate in community events; Process Crime Compensation forms; Log any contact with victims; Maintain organization of VSU shared spaces to create safe and welcoming environment Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.) and one year of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Experience with data entry; ability to multi-task and manage deadlines; flexible schedule; excellent oral and written communication skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred. All candidates must pass a background check and post-offer truth verification test
$17.25 - 21.01 per hour
