Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greets and provides outstanding service to all customers and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Listens attentively to identify customer needs, answers questions while providing accurate information, resolves problems or complaints and assists as needed.
• Provides customers with organized information regarding airport services and keeps records of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to resolve issues.
• Conducts tours for the Simulation Room experience.
• Maintains a courteous and professional manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations.
• Navigates through the terminal regularly to provide coverage at various information desks, conduct tours, and provide assistance as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Important Information:
• This position requires working irregular hours due to flight times and airport operations. Our operating hours are from 4 a.m. to 1 a.m., seven days a week. Mandatory overtime may also be required.
REQUIRES:
• High school graduation or GED and one (1) year of public or private sector experience in customer service work OR
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to pass a background check as prescribed by the City
• Ability to pass a 10-year TSA Background Check
• May be required to complete additional customer service training as established by the hiring Department
