The Court Administrator, under the direction and supervision of the Municipal Court judges, oversees the daily operations of the Municipal Court, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery. This role provides strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and operational management in alignment with Missouri law and City policies. The Court Administrator serves as a key liaison among the judiciary, City leadership, justice system partners, and the public. Salary range: $78,249 - $97,808 JOB SCOPE: This position provides full operational oversight of the Municipal Court, including supervision of staff, management of financial resources, and authority to recommend and implement policies that ensure legal compliance and organizational effectiveness. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum five years’ experience in court administration, prosecution, juvenile court or equivalent legal related field required and Must be bondable and Certification from Missouri Association for Court Administration or attain certification within 3 years of employment required Bachelor's Degree in Administration of Justice, business management, public administration or a legal related field preferred As a court professional, you shall avoid any outside employment or business activities, that risks a conflict of interest with your official position, specifically including providing any kind of services to: Any member of the bar Any law firm or Any entity that is a party to any action before the court or which regularly appears before the court.
